POSTSCRIPT Table Talks: On Mixed-Race Identity
September 2019
Continuing the conversation from the original roundtable feature printed in The Reinvention Issue, and cohosted by Susan Dale of HaluHalo, we invited members of our audience to an intimate evening of dinner and discussion at the Crabtree & Evelyn Islington townhouse, to reflect on key dimensions of contemporary mixed-race identity. A delicious Eritrean dinner was served by Lem Lem Kitchen founders, Makda and Jack Harlow, as the group shared thoughts around representation, taking up space and identity politics.
