Privacy Policy

POSTSCRIPT LONDON Limited (“POSTSCRIPT” or “we” or “us”) has created this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") in order to demonstrate its commitment to user, visitor, subscriber, and customer privacy with regard to the POSTSCRIPT website located at www.postscript.london and any affiliated websites (together, collectively the "Website"). Privacy on the Website is of great importance to us. Because we may gather some important information from our users, visitors, subscribers and customers (collectively “Subscribers” or “you” or “your”), we have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. By accessing the Website, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy and also agree to application Terms of Use, which can be accessed and reviewed below.

SECTION 1 - WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We may require Subscribers who use the Website (collectively, the "Service") to give us contact information, which may include but is not limited to the Subscriber’s name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and other information (collectively “Personal Information”). Besides the Personal Information, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP logs, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, we may also collect other information regarding your use of the Website e.g. the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

From time to time, we may also collect or ask for additional Personal Information, which will also be expressly included herein as “Personal Information”. You can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it or not using the Website, although not providing it may hinder your ability to use the Website and/or the Service.

SECTION 2 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

We use Personal Information to complete the Services, including processing your credit card and providing your mailing address to our shipping partners, or otherwise using your Personal Information to provide the Services. Further, with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, other updates or other information we feel you may enjoy.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SECTION 3 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your Personal Information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, and for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at info@postscript.london or mailing us at: 160 Kemp House, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

Please keep in mind, though, that if you withdraw your consent for us to use your Personal Information, but place an order in the future, we have your permission to use your Personal Information to fulfil that order.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which these providers will handle your personal information. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us.
